What to Wear?
Please wear comfortable, workout type clothing. Tighter fit is preferable so I can see your body.
What are Virtual Classes?
Virtual Pilates with Snow classes are delivered online in the comfort of your home- no matter where you are in the world! You simply need a device, and after booking you will receive the Zoom link to join.
Ideally, please bring a mat and a towel. A foam roller is highly recommended as it is the most versatile piece of Pilates equipment and very beneficial to the body! We will work with any and all other small pieces of equipment you may own.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?!
Not to worry, Snow will help guide you with setting up your device for optimising your Virtual Pilates!
Do I need to fill out any forms prior to attending Pilates?
Yes. Snow will email an online intake form to you prior to your appointment. Alternatively you can complete the form via the link below ahead of time. This form includes information about your health history and your goals for attending Pilates, so that Snow can best prepare for your initial appointment.
